Neva Cirkveni is a trial lawyer known for her strong advocacy and negotiation skills, licensed to practice in California, the UK, and the UAE, her experience spans from high-profile international arbitrations to challenging domestic litigations, always focusing on creating strategies that align with her clients’ unique needs. Graduating with merits from USC, Neva is not only dedicated to her profession but also actively involved in various legal and commercial communities, such as the International Bar Association (IBA), Global Arbitration Review (GAR), and the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), among others.
Her commitment extends beyond the courtroom to non-profit work, reflecting her belief in giving back to the community. Fluent in four languages, Neva’s communication skills have been a key asset in handling complex cases across different cultures and legal systems. Her notable work includes involvement in significant disputes like Vanessa Bryant v. County of Los Angeles, representing the Government of Croatia in a multi-billion dollar investment arbitration before the ICSID, representing Fortune 500 media companies, advising European Union Agencies, and navigating intricate divorce litigations that cross international borders. She’s also adept at managing complex transactions for both buyers and sellers, showcasing her versatility and dedication to law.
